Why we love Tiem.

6 reasons why SIXERS love TIEM!

Happy faces for happy feet!

Investing in spinning shoes is an investment into the time your putting in at 6YCLE.  Your there to workout, so why not get the best of each pedal stroke!?

  1. Drive through your heel like you mean it.

During those crazy sprint out in three you want the power to go from your leg directly to the pedal. Tiem shoes have a stiffer heel, making sure less power is lost and giving you a better balance.

2. Better foot position.

Ever feel like you foot is sliding out of the cage, especially in a saddle sprint? Clipping in will allow you to have total focus on the exercise and not focusing on making sure you aren’t flying out of the cage.

3. Better foot comfort.

If your regular street tennis shoes feel to worn in, you’ll get “hot spots” in certin ares of your foot. Hot spots are common to riders to ride a lot, but don’t have the proper fitting shoe.

4. Smoother pedal stroke.

Ever hear an instructor yell, put in your hamstrings. Clipping in allows a smoother pedal stroke and in certain positions you can feel the transfer of work between your quad to you hamstring.

5. No Laces. No further explanation necessary.

6. You can walk with your shoes on.

Tiem shoes have an interfaced cleat allowing you to walk comfortably in the studio and on the street. Theses are also perfect for our Booty Burn class. You can still have a flat foot on the floor and drive through your heel for the perfect lunge position.

Clip in and improve your mood, your workout and your overall health. Our next Tiem order is Friday, January 25th.

Every class I've taken has been great. The instructors put a lot of thought and work into each class and it shows. They kill it and keep things interesting. And, supporting a pgh business run by strong women is everything
