WHAT’S IT LIKE TO SPEND A DAY WITH YOU?
If you spend a day with me you will know that I hate sitting around for too long. I spend most of my mornings at work followed by catching up with school work for my masters program, teaching class at 6ycle and then ending my nights at my apartment in southside hanging out with my roommate Tayler and my cat Ellie.
HOW DO YOU CROSSTRAIN WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT 6YCLE?
When I’m not at 6ycle I love to spend some of my time running. I feel that running reduces a lot of stress and always leaves me feeling good after a long run. I also find it very important to eat clean, although I am not perfect I do have snack cravings, I just try to keep a good balance when it comes to my diet. My roommate and I also enjoy trying out new fitness studios and gyms around town, I am always down to try something new!
YOUR PERFECT CLIENT IS…
My perfect client is someone who is upbeat, happy and constantly moving. Working out can either make or break you, so if you learn to have fun with it you will slowly turn working out from being a chore to a hobby/passion and have fun with it.
Napping, no day is complete without an hour long nap.
