WHAT’S IT LIKE TO SPEND A DAY WITH YOU?
I like to chase workouts and squeeze them in every chance I get. You can usually catch me at 6ycle in the mornings, a HIIT class in the afternoon, and a yoga or dance class at night, hit the gym or head back to 6ycle for another fix.
HOW DO YOU CROSSTRAIN WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT 6YCLE?
I love Power Yoga for both the physical and mental benefits. When I’m practicing yoga, I feel my body get restored, decompressed and challenged in new ways. It’s amazing how much yoga is able to my mind right when I need it! I also really love Tabata and interval training. The workouts never get old and constantly keep my body guessing. On the weekends, I get in my strength training in with my Steel City Muscle fam.

I love to have fun! It’s so great to see clients that are having a good time. There’s nothing like putting together a combo then watching your class out there killing it!!
