WHAT’S IT LIKE TO SPEND A DAY WITH YOU?
My days are always filled with a variety of different tasks. I can be caught on the streets of Sewickley, Ambridge, or Beaver falls slinging copy paper, and any other business supply imaginable. After I’m done selling for the day I usually go grocery shopping or find some other way to waste time until it’s time for Class at 6ycle (Peters: Tues:6:45pm, Fri:5:30pm), Southside: Wed:8:00pm). After class I try and cook as many meals myself as possible, but just like everyone else I usually end up in line at chipotle or honeygrow. After dinner I try and get prepared for the next day, ironing clothes, answering emails etc. I like to finish my night off with a little Netflix and chill, but I’m actually watching HBO, currently keeping up with the show Euphoria.
HOW DO YOU CROSSTRAIN WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT 6YCLE?
When I’m not at 6ycle I try to stick to a similar workout routine that I learned while playing football and running track at Duquesne university. (cardio warmup, alternate daily between upper and lower body workouts, and ab finisher). You can catch me at an LA fitness lifting weights, or in highland park running a few miles when the weathers nice. Also love trying out new and unique gyms across the city that offer a different workout experience than I normally do.
YOUR PERFECT CLIENT IS…
Someone motivated to better themselves both mentally and physically. High energy and willing to try new workouts without hesitation. Lastly someone who’s going to push their limits daily and try and improve each workout!
Anything Chocolate, drinking juice straight from the cartoon, Mcdonald’s breakfast, wearing sandals with socks.

WHEN THIS SONG COMES ON, YOU GET HYPE…
Chief Keef: Hate Being Sober is my all-time favorite song, it came out during my sophomore year in college and really spoke to me! I can recite this song word for word, and when this song is played around me and my friends a mosh pit is sure to follow!
